Kid Koala- Moon River
I bought the Carpal Tunnel CD when it came out and was really impressed by Kid Koala’s ingenuity, and his fun fresh mix of humor and jazz style turntablism…”Irregular Chickens” still makes me chuckle to this day. After that the stuff I heard seemed uh, longer and not so interesting, and then he sort of dropped off my radar really. Thanks to my pal Nancy for dropping me this great link of him doing a live remix “Moon River” on the turntables…I’ll say my interest is re kindled for sure, great stuff.
