I agree that it is an additional tool we can all use, and it's great that it let's you control the negotiation. They give me a professional tool. I don't know much about licensing and they supply the contracts after the deal is over and the whole negotiation process. I only had one licensing deal in the 2 months I am there and it was a small amount (a couple of dollars) but I hope to make some more.
